Our Team
Patti Gander is a Manufacturing Consultant with AssuredPartners and a recognized subject matter expert in manufacturing, organizational development, and workforce training. She holds an MBA and a Master of Management in Organizational Development and brings deep experience helping organizations improve operational performance, quality systems, and leadership capability.
Patti has designed and delivered training curricula in Lean Manufacturing, Business Process Improvement, Quality Best Practices, project management, and management and leadership development. Her work bridges strategy and execution, with a strong focus on practical, results-driven improvement.
She serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of South Florida, where she teaches Principles of Management and Human Resource Management, and at the University of Phoenix, teaching courses in Foundations of Business, Supervision and Leadership, Organizational Theory and Behavior, and Critical Thinking.
Patti has served as a Florida Sterling Examiner and is a member of the Industry Advisory Council for the Florida Advanced Technology Education (FLATE) organization, supporting manufacturing as a career pathway in secondary and postsecondary education. She also serves on the Board of Directors for ASCM Tampa Bay and is actively involved with professional organizations including ASQ, ATD, and SMA. Patti has partnered with the Banner Center for Manufacturing to develop and deliver Production Technician training curricula.
